Passion~Purpose~Connection
Being a teen or young adult can feel overwhelming; especially when dealing with trauma, anxiety, identity questions, or major life changes. You don’t have to navigate it alone.
I work with adolescents (14–17) and young adults (18–29) experiencing complex trauma, substance use concerns, anxiety, PTSD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other mental health challenges. I also support young adults who are navigating transitions such as leaving home, finishing school, starting careers, redefining relationships, and exploring identity, including gender incongruence and gender expression.
My approach is holistic, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I integrate CBT, DBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing, tailoring treatment to each client’s needs. Sessions may include animal-assisted therapy with Zuni, my certified therapy dog, whose calm presence helps clients feel at ease, supporting emotional regulation and reducing anxiety.
Clients often describe my style as warm, direct, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can breathe, reflect, and feel heard.
If you’re ready to begin, let’s connect and see if we’re a good fit.
